Radovici is at its busiest in high summer, when Plavi Horizonti fills up and an early start by car pays off; arrive before mid-morning for a parking spot and the calmest water. Spring and autumn are quieter and ideal for driving the peninsula, with warm days, open roads and easy beach access. In winter the village is sleepy but the roads stay clear, and a car remains the only practical way to get around Lustica.
